We came for the subs. Chips are default, and it's an extra 2.79 for fries. However, you do get a lot of fries! I got the meatball sub (pictured is the roast beef) and it was delicious!! Very good food. Haven't tried the pizza yet.

The food was great! Had the tortellini a la panna which was absolutely amazing. The plate had a really generous serving too. I will definitely return in the future.

We celebrated our daughter's eleventh birthday yesterday at Mr. Submarine & Sal's Pizza, utilizing their private room for our party of nine. The event was exceptional; our daughter was delighted to celebrate with her family. The staff provided outstanding service, allowing pre-event room decoration and food ordering, ensuring prompt service for all guests upon arrival, and consistently attending to our needs throughout the event. Management and staff extended birthday wishes to our daughter. The service was impeccable, and we highly recommend this venue for small celebrations. Furthermore, the food quality was, as always, excellent.

Most cheese steak subs come with cheese on them mine did not. When I asked the manager about it she said the cheese was on the bottom of the sub and I showed her it wasn't. The manager offered me a SLICE of cheese no offer to remake the sandwich and walked away. This was absolutely the worst cheese steak sub I've ever had. Great service from my server but the manager SUCKS.

Got the grilled chicken sub and it is very good. The biggest thing for me was the staff. They are doing curb side orders mostly and they come out to your car to take your card and bring the food right to you, incredibly friendly and nice and definitely makes me want to come back and bring my family next time. Not sure why it took me so long to try this place out.

My family and I decided to grab some dinner after a busy Saturday. We opted to eat inside instead of out on the patio due to it being a hot and humid day. Our drinks arrived promptly and we placed our orders. My daughter ordered a hamburger with French fries. My wife wanted a side salad and son wanted breadsticks before our pepperoni pizza would arrive. Our pizza arrived piping hot and tasted great. If you are looking for a family owned restaurant with great flavor and a hometown feel visit Mr. Submarine & Sal’s pizza in Cosby Village off Hull Street.

Wow! My first time and the food was amazing! I did a carry out order and the young lady’s at the first were friendly and got me in and out quickly so I can get to my next job. Met the owners and they were very friendly too. Thank you so much, will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.
